TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE TRANSACTION


A. General

  • Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant operates the website www.sofyanhotel.com
  • These Terms and Conditions of Online Transaction apply to all Bookings and purchases for product and services made online through this site which enables users to reserve rooms, product or other services in Sofyan Premier, Sofyan Hotel, SofyanInn.
  • This site can be accessed via mobile internet, mobile applications with the same application of Terms and Conditions of Online transaction.
  • The Guest or client confirms and understands  having received from Sofyan Hotel Management  Consultant or Sofyan Premier, Sofyan Hotel, SofyanInn all the necessary information on www.sofyanhotel.com
  • The Guest or client declares that the booking of these services is for personal use,and use this site to make legitimate booking not for speculative, fraudulent and false reservations. The Guest or client confirms that he has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Online Transaction and fully able to legally commit to these terms and conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions of Online Transaction subject to changes at any time. In that case, the new version of the Terms and Conditions of Online Transaction will apply automatically and immediately to all Guests or client from the time it is published online.

B. Booking

  • The Guest or client may onlyreserve the rooms, or other services which is available on the site and fully responsible for his/her choice of services. Under this circumstance The Guest or client confirms that he is aware of the nature, the purpose and the reservation terms of the services available on this website.
  • The booking confirmation will be accepted by the Guest at the end of the reservation process.

C. Booking Procedure

The Guest shall respect the below process:

  • Select a hotel, select a check-in and a check-out date, select a room and rate;
  • Select, when needed and/or available, additional services;
  • Check the reservation details, the total price including taxes and the applicable hotel’s policies and sales conditions related to the selected rate;
  • Completed the Guest details;
  • Read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of Online Transaction;
  • Confirm the reservation;
  • Guarantee the reservation;
  • Pay for the reservation (when requested only).

D. Reservation Confirmation Letter

  • The Guest or client booking is subject to an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
  • The email shall summarize the dates, the services reserved, the prices, the address of the hotel concerned, the hotel’s policies related to the selected rate.

E. Condition of Reservation with Guarantee

  • The Guest or client shall provide his/her bank details as a guarantee of the reservation using a valid credit card.
  • The details need to complete by Guest or client: credit card number; expiration date, card verification number (csv).
  • In case of a cancellation or no show (where the Guest did not arrive) not done according to the hotel policy, the cost will be debited according to the term and condition applied on the effective date described on hotel policy.
  • In case the guarantee is declined, the booking will automatically be cancelled.
  • The Guest or client acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted the sales conditions related to the selected rate.
  • The Guest or client attests to the truth and accuracy of the information submitted for these booking purposes.

F. Condition of Booking Payment

  • Upon booking, payment as guarantee is required which means the certain amount debited when the client confirm on line booking.
  • The details need to complete by Guest or client for booking payment: credit card number; expiration date, card verification number (csv).
  • Prepaid booking cannot be changed and/or cancelled. Amount paid in advance will not be reimbursed unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the Sales conditions for the related rate.
  • In case the payment is declined, the booking will automatically be cancelled.
  • The Guest or client acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted the sales conditions related to the selected rate.
  • The Guest or client confirm and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted the sales conditions related to the selected rate.
  • The Guest or client attests to the truth and accuracy of the information submitted for this payment purposes.

G. Secure On Line Payment Provider

  • DOKU (Online Payment Provider) has been appointed to handle and secure online card payments for Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant.
  • The verification of payment validity done by DOKU. Payment cards can be unaccepted or declined for some reasons as: stolen or blocked card, over limit, incorrect details submitted. The Guest or client advised to contact the related bank then consult the hotel to confirm reservation and method of payment.
  • In the event an online card payment is declined by DOKU for any reason whatsoever, Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant shall not be held responsible on this case.
  • In case of any payment dispute, Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant shall not be held responsible. Nevertheless, in such a situation Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant will assist both parties (Guest & DOKU) to settle it by providing necessary supporting document and information.

H. Condition of Rates

  • All reservations are payable in the hotel’s local currency unless specifically indicated otherwise by the hotel concerned.
  • Rates are inclusive of Government taxes and service charge.
  • Rates take account of the Government taxes and service charge applicable on the day of the reservation and/or purchase.
  • Any change or implementation of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically impacted on the prices shown on the billing date.
  • Other Regulation During Stay
  • All Hotel properties operated under Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant are managed with Sharia compliant the properties present Halal product. Guest or client who are coupled and stay in the same room must be married spouse. Hotel operated as hotel in general with implementation of Sharia Concept. Hotel is welcoming to everyone.
  • Guest permitted to meet visitor or colleague at the lobby hotel, except family member.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Hotel premises.
  • The Indonesian Authorities requests the Guest or client to complete registration form upon arrival at the hotel. A proof of identity shall be provided to the hotel’s employee and a copy of the identity proof will be made and kept by the hotel.
  • The hotels’ rooms must be occupied in respect to the hotel’s policy and to the Safety and Regulations laws in force in the country.
  • The Guest or client agrees to use the room responsibly not for activities against the law and to respect the comfort of his/her neighbors.
  • The General Manager reserves the right to request the guest or client to leave without any delay due to any behavior contrary to good morals, to public order and to other Guests’ safety and security without any kind of compensation. Amount already paid/prepaid will not be refunded.
  • Sofyan Premier, Sofyan Hotel and SofyanInn are providing free Internet connection in all the hotels’ premises. The Guest is fully responsible for its online activity, accept and understand that behavior contrary to good moral is punishable by the Law in force in the country.

I. Privacy Policy

  • Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant is as concerned as its Guests about the privacy of any information that the Guest may provide through the Sofyan Premier, Sofyan Hotel and SofyanInn Site.
  • The Guest or client authorizes Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant to communicate his personal data to third parties necessarily only on the condition that such communication is deemed to Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant  carrying out its operations as stated in these terms and conditions.
  • The Guest or client accepts and acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and condition.
  • DOKU as third party guarantees Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant to ensure that all possible security, privacy and confidentiality assurance measures are taken.
  • The Guest or client is informed and accepts that his/her IP address is recorded at the time of the reservation.

J. Liability – Force Majeure or Disaster

  • Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant is making efforts to provide pictures or photo and texts as accurate as possible. Despite those efforts, some variations may occur. In such a case, Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant cannot be held responsible for those variations.
  • In case of force majeure, actions of third parties, riot, disaster and others or in case of a declined prepayment from the Guest’s bank, Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage as a result, Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the reservation.
  • In case of some hyperlinks may be displayed on sofyanhotel.com website and linked to other websites. Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant cannot be held responsible for the contents, the service and possible consequences as a result.

K. Relocation as Alternative

In specific situation that hotel could not provide or honored a guaranteed or prepaid reservation, the hotel shall relocate the Guest to a hotel of equivalent category. All costs incurred related to the transfer and in the modification are to be borne by the hotel firstly chosen by the Guest.

L. Website Availability in Urgent Situation

  • In urgent situation Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant reserves the right, without notice or indemnity, to temporarily or permanently shut down the website www.sofyanhotel.com or its online reservation pages.
  • In such condition mentioned about Sofyan Hotel Management and Consultant is not responsible for damages of any nature that may result from these changes and/or from the temporary unavailability or indeed permanent shutdown of all or part of the site or its associated services, such as the online reservation pages.

M. Online Transaction Acceptance

  • In term of all booking Guaranteed by advance payment or a prepaid reservation, the Guest confirms that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted the Terms and Conditions of Online Sales as well as the Sales conditions related to the rates selected.
  • The confirmations of a booking (guaranteed or prepaid) constitute an electronic signature equivalent in value to a physical signature between the parties.

N. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Online transaction are governed by the Indonesian Law.
